Payments and billing (Stripe)
Apptivators Apps does not store payment card numbers, card security codes (CVC/CVV), or full bank account credentials on our own servers or in our Cloudflare storage. When you purchase prepaid services or subscriptions through our website, checkout is provided by Stripe, Inc. Stripe collects and processes payment details under Stripe’s own terms and privacy policy. We may receive limited non-payment metadata from Stripe that is necessary to operate your purchase (for example, payment status, Stripe object IDs, amount, currency, and customer contact details you already supplied) so we can deliver the service you paid for.
For how Stripe handles card and banking data, see Stripe’s Privacy Policy. If you have questions about a charge, contact us at and, where appropriate, Stripe support.
Data storage and protection
Data storage
Personal information is processed and stored using infrastructure provided by Cloudflare (for example, Cloudflare Pages, Workers, and Workers KV) and other providers we select for reliability and security. Primary hosting and edge locations are in the United States. For services that require international data transfer, we aim to comply with applicable laws and to use appropriate safeguards where required.
What we may store on Cloudflare (no payment card data): Our Workers KV namespace may hold operational records that support the website, including: aggregated page-view counters; optional archives of service inquiry forms you submit (so we have a backup if email delivery fails); short-lived rate-limit counters; and a minimal log of cookie / consent category choices (which toggles you selected and when), which does not include your payment card details. These records are separate from Stripe’s vault and are not used to store full card numbers or CVC/CVV.
Data hosting partners: We partner with reputable providers (including Cloudflare and, for payments only, Stripe) committed to strong security practices, selected for their fit with our services and applicable compliance expectations.
Data protection measures
Encryption: To protect data during transfer and at rest, we employ robust encryption technologies.
Security audits and monitoring: Regular security audits are conducted to identify and remediate potential vulnerabilities. We also monitor our systems for unusual activities to prevent unauthorized access.
Data processing agreements
When we share your data with third-party service providers, we do so under the protection of Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) or comparable terms that ensure your information is managed in accordance with GDPR and other relevant data protection laws, where those laws apply. Examples of categories of providers we rely on include Cloudflare (site delivery and storage described above), Google (analytics and advertising tags when you opt in), Stripe (payments), and email or automation providers we use to operate inquiries and notifications. These providers implement technical and organizational measures appropriate to their services.
Transparency and control
We believe in transparency and providing you with control over your personal information. You will always be informed about any significant changes to our sharing practices, and where applicable, you will have the option to consent to such changes.
Your trust is important to us, and we strive to ensure that your personal information is disclosed only in accordance with this policy and when there is a justified reason to do so. For any queries or concerns about how we share and disclose personal information, please reach out to us at or (276) 465-1565.

Cookies, analytics, advertising, and consent
We use cookies and similar technologies on https://www.apptivatorapps.com/ to run the site, remember your privacy choices, measure traffic, and (if you allow it) show ads through Google’s advertising products. This section describes categories of use. It is not an exhaustive technical list of every cookie name, which can change when we update the site or when vendors update their services.
Categories of technologies
- Strictly necessary / essential: Needed for basic operation and security (for example, load balancing, abuse protection, and remembering your cookie choices). Where the law treats these as strictly necessary, we do not ask for consent before use.
- Performance / analytics (optional): Helps us understand how the site is used (for example, Google Analytics via Google Tag / gtag). These technologies are off until you opt in through our banner (or equivalent controls).
- Advertising (optional): Used to deliver and measure ads, including through Google AdSense and related Google tags loaded via Google Tag Manager. These are off until you opt in. Google applies its own policies to publishers and users; you should also review Google’s help materials for publishers and, where applicable, Google’s EU User Consent Policy requirements for personalized ads.
How we record your choices
On your first visit (or after you clear site data), we show a first‑party cookie banner on this website. You may accept all optional categories, reject non‑essential categories, or open Preferences to choose analytics and advertising separately. Your choices are stored in local storage in your browser so we can apply them on later visits, and we send a minimal record of the category toggles and policy version to our own Cloudflare Workers endpoint for audit and security purposes (not for marketing lists). That server-side record does not include payment card data.
We use Google Consent Mode signals so Google tags can respect your choices (for example, limiting analytics or ad storage when you have not opted in). Depending on your region and Google’s policies, ads may still appear in a limited or non‑personalized form when advertising storage is not granted; Google’s documentation describes those behaviors.
Managing or clearing cookies
You can change your mind later by clearing site data for our domain in your browser settings; the banner will appear again on your next visit. You can also use industry opt-out tools where available (for example, Google’s ad settings) in addition to our banner.
Changes
We may update how we use cookies and tags to improve the site or meet legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will update this page and the effective date above.
